INGRIDIENTS
1 large Onion ( sliced)
2 red scotch bonnet pepper
1 cup fresh groundnuts(Skinless)
4-5 garlic cloves
3/4 cup Crayfish (ground)
2 cups washed bitter leaf
1 teaspoon salt
2cups water for blending
DIRECTIONS
Boil the peanuts for 10 minutes in a sauce pan.
Let it cool then peel the skin off
Blend the onion, garlic, scotch bonnet pepper and skinned peanuts into a fine paste using water to facilitate the blending
Transfer the blended mixture into a saucepan on medium heat then add the crayfish powder, stir in and let it simmer for 10 minutes
Add the bitter leaves, salt, Stir and simmer for 10 more minutes and your Ndolé is ready to serve.
