PRAWNS ATTIEKE STIR-FRY

INGRIDIENTS

  • 150g Attieke, cooked
  • 100g prawns
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 small carrot, diced
  • ½ medium red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 small green bell pepper, diced
  • Pinch of Salt
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

DIRECTIONS

  • Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat, add the prawns, garlic, ginger, black pepper, soy sauce and stir fry for 2 minutes then add the onions, carrot and stir-fry.
  • Add the attieke, stir in then add the red and green bell peppers, salt and toss to mix evenly.
  • Prawns attieke stir-fry ready to serve. Serve with avocado and any sauce of your choice.
